In this role, you will:
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures at all times.
Manage Engineer schedules, productivity, and service level performance.
Coordinate and prioritise work to meet customer needs and KPIs.
Maintain excellent communication with customers, engineers, and internal teams.
Monitor maintenance, breakdowns, and work in progress to ensure timely completion.
Optimise engineer workloads and routes to maximise efficiency.
Approve overtime, non-productive hours, and leave in line with business requirements.
Oversee out-of-hours service activity and support operational continuity.
Manage fleet resources, including short-term hire and FOC vehicles.
Support the onboarding and development of new team members.
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and generate additional revenue.
Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
Foster a positive team culture and support colleagues as needed.
